SAFE FOOD HANDLING

This 6 hour certificated course is designed to meet the needs of those who require knowledge of food handling techniques for a variety or work and volunteer roles.

If you are part of a community group who prepares and serves food for fundraising or other activities, or are seeking employment

in a commercial kitchen environment

than this course is for you!
