Woady Yaloak Herald PDF Print E-mail

The Woady Yaloak Herald began life in 1977 as the Haddon School newsletter.  Today the herald remains an important communication tool for the communities of the Woady Yaloak District, in the northern region of Golden Plains Shire.

The Herald is a monthly publication available free of charge. It is locally delivered to all households in Haddon and parts of Smythes Creek.  The Woady Herald is also available at the General Stores in Ross Creek, Linton, Snake Valley and Cape Clear, Smythesdale Roadhouse, Smythesdale Post Office, Black Horse Trading and the Linton Shire Offices.  Subscriptions are available for a nominal annual postage charge.

Advertising is competitive for a newsletter of this quality, size and distribution.  Classified advertising is free of charge.  The Editorial team urges contributors to submit items as early as possible to avoid disappointment due to space restrictions that are often imposed on advertising close to the deadline.  Please contact the Editor on 5342 7050 if you need to discuss space for an item and know that it will be late.
