The Northern Community Centre is located at 396 Sago Hill Road, Haddon.

The Centre is owned and operated by Golden Plains Shire and offers a range of community services and activities including:

• Child and Maternal Health
• Podiatry
• Mobile Library (operated by Geelong Regional Library Service)
• Planned Activity Groups (run by Golden Plains Shire, Aged and Disability Services)
• 'Chat 'n' Chew' Community Meal, 3rd Thursday of every month.
• Meeting Room & Kitchen Hire

The centre offers modern and fully accessible facilities and a bright, friendly enviroment for service users.
